Configuring a data model

DigDash Enterprise assigns the properties of the data source and its columns automatically.
You can modify these properties.
In the dialog box displaying the data from your data source (load data from an excel spreadsheet, load data from a Cognos portal,...), click the Next button to display the configuration dialog box.

This dialog box has several tabs from which you can :
- Configure columns
- Modify column parameters: Identifier, format, type, etc.
- Create a hierarchy for one or more columns
- Create a calculated measure
- Create a target for a measure
- Add a legend
- Edit data model properties
- Create a variable
- Manage dimension indexing for natural language queries
- Schedule data refreshes
- Define advanced cube parameters
Save your data model regularly by clicking on the Apply button at the bottom right of the window.
Once your data model is fully configured, click Finish. The Advanced Data Model Configuration window will close. You can then create Flows based on this data model or use this data model to create a new data model (via a transformation, combination, etc).
